Refund policy

 

We want to make sure your experience with Blue Dry Goods is a positive one. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item or return it for store credit or refund. Feel free to call (978) 369-1120 or e-mail kathy@bluedrygoods.com with any questions regarding our return policy detailed below.

Returns must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds will only be given within 14 days of purchase and require a sales receipt. Note that freight is non-refundable and we cannot accept returns on jewelry, personal care items, underwear, socks, housewares, special orders, and sale items.

Please include your name, address and phone number along with the item(s) you're returning. Also include the reason for your return and whether you would like to exchange for another item(s), or would prefer a refund. Ship your package to:
